Hotel Policy

| Hotel Policy |:
1. We have a parking lot and it is non-reservable. It is on a first come, first served principle.
2. Keep room card at a safe place and return to reception counter when checking out. A $300NTD fee will be assessed to loss or damage of room card.
3. You may store your luggage before check-in/after check-out. Please take your valuables with you at all times as we are not liable for loss of personal belonging.
4. The number of guest is limited to the reserved room type. Notify receptionist if any visiting guest entering room. To best serve our guests, visiting guests should leave after 23:00. If guests of more than reserved number are to stay over, we reserve the right to assess charges of additional guests.
5. Return room cards to reception counter when checking out. Checking out 15 minutes after check-out time will be charged at a fee of $500 NTD per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
6. It is prohibited to take or break any decoration, setting or equipment within the hotel or from our room(s). Legal action will be taken over the compensation for any damage or loss of property.
7. Hotel is not liable for loss of personal valuables such as cash, jewelry and other high-value belongings. There is safe deposit box available upon request at counter.
8. Smoking, chewing betel nuts are not allowed on the premise. Cooking, BBQ are prohibited in the guest rooms. If said situation was found after check-out, a cleaning fee of $1,000NTD will be charged per room.
9. No pets are allowed in guest room. For the cleanliness and quality of the hotel, please do not bring pets into the premise. Guests arriving with pet(s) will not be allowed to check in and full room rate will be charged. If said situation was found after check-out, a cleaning fee of $1,000NTD will be charged per room.
10. Dangerous goods, excessive drinking, fighting, gambling, prostitution, drugs and other illegal behaviors are strictly prohibited.
11. Any personal behavior that causes other guests’ inconvenience or public safety concern will result in cancellation of reservation by hotel, and charged fee will not be refunded.
